Project Overview 

CTS is delivering direct fix slab track works as part of the Beckton Depot Upgrade. The project involves precision installation within a controlled depot environment, including bespoke solutions to support CEN39 rail installation.

Project Scope

• Installation of 100m of direct fix track, including check rail
• Design and fabrication of bespoke track support jigs for CEN39 rails and independent check rail system
• Installation of baseplates and rails
• Precision setting of track alignment and level
• Drilling, installation of holding down bolts, and grouting of epoxy grout pads

Delivery

The works require high accuracy setting out and installation tolerances to meet direct fix performance standards. CTS is delivering the package with full control of alignment, fixing, and quality assurance throughout installation.
