Project Overview 

CTS delivered ATSS column track installation works at Beckton Depot as part of the wider Depot Upgrade programme. The package required precision drilling, fixing, and alignment to integrate new infrastructure with the existing DLR track system.

Project Scope

• Drilling, fixing and grouting of ATSS columns
• Alignment and securing of running rails using Lindapter rail clamps
• Drilling, fixing and grouting of DLR20 baseplates at tie-in to ballasted track

Delivery

Works were carried out with strict alignment tolerances and careful interface management to ensure seamless tie-in with existing ballasted track. The installation was completed safely and in coordination with ongoing depot upgrade activities.
